Transaction list always showing “NO DATA”
This app has always been good and I notice I can’t even view my transaction lists and even my statement for sometimes now and it’s frustrating, i think this no data stuff is just for IPhone users. I can’t even chat with your customer service on the app again and the customer care line is not going through. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible

What started as a cool app turned something else over night; constant errors, alerts not coming as at when due and so many others. The major being the fact the iPhone app doesn’t show the number of transactions processed in a day. I can’t even see the total incoming money for a day; I always have to check the machine itself which is really annoying.
Please it would be easier for many people facing this issue. An update to the app came and I thought it would be fixed. It’s still the same.
The app is not solid enough for iPhone users
The app for iPhone is frustrating sometimes, right now I can’t see my balance. Makes me think PalmPay isn’t so reliable to an extent.
