Palmpay has been so amazing, helpful, and easy to use. I really love the saving option cause it has indeed helped me a lot.
My only problem that I have been overlooking is when I try to withdraw the interest on my cash box and spend and save account. I can withdraw my money but not the interest. If the interest is not withdrawable then you shouldn't have made it a thing at all. I can see my interest but I can't even use it, it just keeps on multiplying. I would really appreciate it if you work on this.
Plus the customer care service is not 100% I laid this complaint and there was no accurate correction to my problem on the app.
Aside from that, palmpay is very good.

The most useless banking app that will make you want to commit suicide
The day your account will have issues with palm pay that’s when you will know that they are the most wicked and useless banking app and they aren’t even friendly with users, my account has been suspended for almost a week now with 482k in it (my whole life money), they are telling me someone sent a fraudulent money to my account which I don’t have idea off I told them to remove the money because I don’t know the person and I don’t have any business with that person. I told them to reverse the money from where it comes from so that I can access my own money they don’t want to they keep me in pains and I’m so depressed because of this I can’t even eat good meal anymore. In this situation I have even gone to their branch in Abuja all I receive was insult and no solution. I called the, I contacted their live chat nothing was done. They keep on asking me same stupid questions what’s my business with the sender. Someone I told them I don’t know the person and I have never received any money from that person they don’t want to hear me palm pay you guys are very wicked maybe when I’m dead that’s when you guys will give me my money.

You don’t know your work!!!
I don’t know why you have social media pages when you don’t reply messages sent to your DM, just delete those pages abeg, the in app customer care would send you copy and paste messages and end the conversation and be telling you to give review as if you were part of the conversation in the first place, if you send email, it would take ages to get a response, I don’t know how you would progress when you’re not customer oriented since it’s your customers that are keeping you in business, it’s been 48 hours of not receiving a refund of a transaction that didn’t go through, I don’t know the lie you want to lie again since it’s already 48 hours that you lied about before. Anyway, I’m never using PalmPay for any transaction especially bill payment again, I’ll leave my money there to be yielding interest but when I need to do a transaction, I’ll transfer to Opay to get it done, maybe when people boycott you, you’ll come to your senses, right now you’re of no use
