As an African Freelancer I’m grateful

As an African Freelancer, I can’t even imagine how I would have been able to cope without this platform. The ease in withdrawing my hard earned money wouldn’t have been possible if not for Payoneer. I thank the management you guys are really playing your part in helping the world..
However, I suggest you reduce the fee of $10 charge for withdrawals. And the minimum withdrawal of $50 should also be reviewed. This might be a small sum to you guys but it aren’t for some of us from the trenches.

Terrible and horrible company

Please read this review to the end. This company has caused me so much stress and pain.

They don’t deserve the 1 star

Where do I start from, is it the holding of users funds for documents they never requested until you had the funds in your account? Is it the needless request for documents that they never approve no matter what you provide or their poor customer service leaving requests unattended to? Is it unnecessary transfer fees included to transfer between payoneers or the app malfunctioning login window that says wrong password when you type in the right one. There’s a lot wrong with the company.

The latest horrible experience with this company that pushed me to write this review (trust me I am not the type that enjoys writing reviews so I am doing this in pain) is removing a key feature from my payoneer account for no reason whatsoever and without any notification. This is the feature I use to pay bills to foreign service providers and it was unreasonable removed and customer support agent clearly stated no reason and that it is irreversible.

Payoneer is nothing but a bully to freelancers. I hope their supposed monopoly is replaced.

Pending transactions

I worked so hard online for a monthly token to make little ends meet. The money had been sent in to my Payoneer account for over one month now, but it is still showing as pending transaction. I feel so disappointed by Payoneer inc. I have tried to reach out, I sent a mail and got message that it was not delivered. Please if your app is no longer functioning in Nigeria then come out open and tell us, because two other people confirmed that this same thing happened to them. How can a payment pass through you and you withhold the money for two months? What if the money was need for an emergency? This is the height of incompetence and if I had rated you guy a 5star in the past years, I’m taking 4 stars..
