Good day PI team thanks for this great opportunity to be on this great platform and experience alot of changes.
The reason I am here is to let you guys know that I want to change my name on my mining platform, I made a mistake on the platform so I would really appreciate it if you guys helped me on this please I can't do this without your guys

For the past days, weeks up to a month i have continuously tried to apply for KYC and have been stopped with a ‘slot not available’ pop up for so long, and i have consistently been mining, even above 30mining sessions, still yet to receive a KYC invitation, please help with this, i know you all are busy but please look into this.

i have been mining for a long time now, i’m way over 30 mining sessions, i have verified every necessary requirements on my PI app, and i haven’t done any suspicious activity or violate the terms and conditions which i have read and understand. Please send KYC invitation as i have been looking forward to this since last two years so i can be able to transfer my coins to my mainet wallet. Thank you so much!

"Pi Network is a promising project, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. First, loading times can be slow and frustrating it takes hours to load and I eventually angrily remove it .The other day I sat down and tried it and said while it is loading let me watch a movie I sat down for 2hours plus but it kept showing loading data . Please it is frustrating and I will like if you address it thank you . Second, there is no way to change your name after completing KYC. I hope these issues can be resolved in future updates. Overall, Pi Network is a promising project with a lot of potential, and I'm excited to see how it develops.
