Description

The QuestionPro Customer Experience app is most trusted app for monitoring your company NPS score and detractors. This application gives you an overview of the total number of responses, NPS score, number of promoters, passive and detractors in graphical format.

Using the QuestionPro Customer Experience application is quite easy, simply enter the email address, password registered with QuestionPro and enter the access code which can be added from the Customer Experience account.

Key Features:
1. View all previous responses and NPS Scores for Business Units
2. View score for individual Business Units along with child Business Units if any.
3. See the total number of responses collected from your customers
4. View detractor comments and status of the tickets generated.
