Business owners can now conveniently manage and pay their subscription directly within the app, ensuring uninterrupted service without external payment processes.
- User Roles
To enhance security and streamline operations, we have expanded user access levels:
1) Admin – Full system control. Typically the business owner, responsible for overall management and decision-making.
2) Basic – Designed for managers or supervisors. They have extended access to oversee daily operations, staff activity, and reports without full administrative rights.
3) Staff – Tailored for frontline employees who handle service delivery, ticket creation, and customer interactions. Their access is limited to essential functions only, reducing errors and maintaining data security.
- Split Payment
Customers now have the flexibility to complete a single bill using a combination of cash and QR payment, improving convenience at checkout.
- Inclusive Tax
Along with exclusive tax, the system now supports inclusive tax calculation. This update helps businesses stay compliant with tax regulations.
- Item Discounts
