Roqqu - Buy and Sell Bitcoin 4+

I used to use Roqqu app without much issues other than late withdrawals up until i had to upgrade my account. Then i started regretting why i ever started using it at first only because the upgrade process was to stressful. I complained to them countless times but they never fixed the issue then, i started thinking it was a scam app because i couldn’t even withdraw money or send out my crypto so i felt like my money was stuck there. But at last after more and more complaints and stress, I’m they finally attended to me and they upgraded my account and now i have back access to my money.
I believe they’re doing their best for their customers, but they need to make it easier for people to upgrade their accounts without getting frustrated in the process.

Wonderful... The best trading app ever. Very fast and reliable. God! Your app rock. I mean no change for trading and you can trade so many coin at the same time. Wow! With every update from past 4-5 months, the app has just got sleeker and sleeker. Both buy and sell interface are now on same page to make things more easer i recommend this app. The fees are reasonable if vou use BB to cover vour fees for trading, Roqqu cuts fees down 50% if you use BB, the fees go down more depending on what "tier" or level user you are. Pricing is real time, sending and receiving crypto is quick. Their security is incredible, the level of security used to protect the user account is one of the best. They now offer a virtual wallet, and the support team is quick to help if you need them. One recommendations - In trades (center) tab when we click on the open trades icon, the history is out at the top right which isn't quite an ideal position. Do what you've done for futures open orders and order history, just slide right to get the order history. That would be really neat... All bug with new upload are fixed!! Great!!

I had some money in my wallet before they upgraded their app, now the new upgrade requires that you use your BVN number to verify which is a very delicate piece of information not to be give to anyone apart from your bank, but the say they “Roqqu is not just a crypto firm but also a financial institution which makes it part of our regulations to request such documents when necessary.” And mind you I have already updated my account on the previous app version to the fullest I went ahead to prove to them that the account was mine by provide my NIN, passport, bank statements and many other info which they asked me to provide before finally saying that I should give them my BVN which looks fishy because now they have so much of my info that if I give them my BVN they can easily have access to my account and I refuse to be vulnerable, I’ve pleaded with them for over 7 months to find a way to proceed with verification but they still insist of my “BVN” I have about $160 in USDT I have been unable to access till this day, if you do not want to get frustrated like I have been please stick with trust wallet or Binance app
