Sendbox - Global Shipping 4+

I received an order yesterday from Sendbox and I planned to do a video review for you guys on my IG page for free because you guys are amazing honestly. My customers are happy with your services, the way you handle my orders from the beginning to the end is everything for me. I remember when I made a mistake with my delivery address earlier in the Month and I had to call your customer service…. I was surprised at the way they handled and sorted everything out and even refunded my money to my wallet, they put me through on how to make another order….Honestly you guys are the best, please and please keep it up oh. God bless you guys. I am your fan oh 😍😂

This app and it's riders are the worst! Apart from the fact that they take forever to deliver, they are non-challant and very careless. They will pick an order and all you get is a message informing you of pickup, afterwards no call, no text, NOTHING! They just get to where they assume you live and DROP YOUR PACKAGE WITH ANYONE! they won't even try to locate the proper address, they just carelessly drop a package. My item went missing because the rider who didn't contact me in anyway, got to my street and gave it to the "estate security". I do not live in an estate and we have no security!!! The second package was also dropped off without the reciever being aware!

Someone simply claimed to know me and they just dropped it! How careless! Their customer service is poor and I don't think this people should even have the license to operate at all!

If you're planning to work with this people, it's better to treck and go and deliver it yourself! At least that way your package doesn't go missing out of carelessness!

This is my first time of using the send box, and I really love their customer service. I was informed about every steps they were taking before they came to pick up, after they picked up, and after delivery. They responded in time and also gave me the exact time. The exact date they promised to deliver my products, they delivered. My client got her goods in great condition. I’m so so impressed. Thank you send box.
