Payment Option
App asking me to visit Showmax website, what happen to the anchor tag to redirect for ease of payment, obviously you have enough customers so it doesn’t matter but it may interest you to know it’s the obvious reason am yet to subscribe cause I can’t just go to google to keep searching for Showmax website.
Zero stars if possible
The problems with this new app are countless. Why can’t I lock my screen while watching? What is the reasoning behind no trailers? Why is the film quality worse than what it was? Why am I unable to increase and decrease my volume and brightness in this “upgraded” Showmax??? Who brought up the idea to “upgrade” Showmax into the nonsense it currently is? This is so disappointing because the original Showmax was honestly so perfect the way it was. Why in the world did your company feel the need to change it? Please bring the og Showmax back or I’ll really have no choice but to sign out.
Debit and now access
I’m so confused with this new Showmax app. I have subscribed for mobile access and I’m yet to have access to watch anything. It keeps taking me from web to AppStore then to the app and it says I have no subscription which is annoying and frustrating. Please do something about this.
