However the transaction history in the app is not user friendly. I can’t see the details of the transaction. Also, look at competition app and fix your Electricity billing the flow does not have verification, this can make you make an error.

Aside that. All good! I will give 3 stars when fixed I will give 5 stars.

This app is such a fraudulent app, anything u do with it will probably not work, or take days to work, i have never come across such fraudulent app ever b4 in my life, customer care is 0… for real I still find it hard to believe Airtel might be behind this app,.. i wish i could write a long epistle on how terrible this app is but i think people will still do what they want , so you can try the app yourself and see, i promise you , it will end with tears…. Just make sure u give ur review if you a victim cause something genuinely needs to be done about this app , it should be totally scrapped off ….the audacity with this people to take people’s money and not give the service paid for is alarming! …you wont even find any transaction in history after u make a transaction , thats how fraudulent it is!!!!!! May God Judge yall behind this app.. na people curse go follow una 4 life!!!!!

Why can’t we withdraw our money unless we go to a smartcash agent ,the country is terrible enough already ,y’all are still complicating things,my account was okay before I deposited then after I deposited,my account got barred immediately I was asked to call a customer care number,you customer care doesn’t take feedback it’s so annoying,the customer care said I should update my NIN I wasn’t able to give my feedback or speak to the customer care agent
There is no option on the app or USSD that allows me to update my NIN
I read other reviews and I see that more victims come here everyday
Stop extorting money from people!!!!!!!
