Clear calls, supports SMS! You can do conference calls with your customer support team for free from the App, you get to record your calls for free and wait my best part is!! Your customer care team can manage your social media inquiries and reply to them from the app!! No need to share your sensitive social media login details with your employees!! That’s just powerful! Sonetal call can be answered for free on the app or forwarded to your preferred phone number or even to a Sip address!! This just wows me!! But that’s not even the bestest part 😂😂 lol !! I really think the best best bestest (if there is even a word like that 😂) part is actually there customer support service it’s top notch!! Fast responses and they are always willing to help! For me as an e-commerce entrepreneur knowing I have a communication partner I can trust is overwhelming! I recommend sonetel above all else for its great customer support service!!! Kudos !

With so many different call apps out there I believe this is one of the best. It makes communication easier no matter where I am, my calls get forwarded to my mobile line. I believe everyone should have this.

I’ve been using Sonetel for over a year now and it’s pretty easy to get a number and also very reliable and cheap, however if they could add sms feature it would be awesome.
