Would be 5 star if one can easily change their home address

The app is good. the card works really well. transfer charges is also okay. the main issue is you might not be able to change your home address in app, or even get that resolved as quickly as you want.my account has remained on tier 2 since 2019 and they haven’t made efforts to find out why.
Help resolve verification problem

Still haven’t been able to verify my address, I fill out my address on my ID by still saying failed, got a call from someone saying their were going to my house address I filled out to verify if I’m the one , I was suppose don’t know if that were real so I have to say know every since I have been trying to get my address verification, even with my current residence but still failed, don’t why the reason so reach out the ur email support, no respond yet.. pls you guys should help me out can’t be struck with 100k daily limit or I will have to deactivate the account

Banking with sparkle has been seamless although I keep getting an email verification pop on the Home Screen of my app even though my email has been verified . Also I am unable to purchase data like I used to or pay for bills. Due to this I have to use other applications to do this and transfer money out. Additionally it would be nice to have a customer care phone call line not just an email. Though the email is fast and it’s not every problem Indy cab solve . Incase of emergency situations.
Terrible banking experience

I downloaded Sparkle with the hope of escaping the regular banking experience. After downloading the app, I requested for a a physical card. It’s been 3 weeks now and no card and no one has replied my email. Secondly I went to a party, did a transfer to a money changer, transfer showed error and did not go through then I had to use another bank to to transfer only for me to receive an alert 15mins later that the transfer went through and the money changer has left the venue. That is 30k lost on my end.Thirdly I was embarrassed because of Sparkle at a restaurant after I did a transfer to them and they didn’t receive it. They even had to open their banking app to show me the money hasn’t dropped but I was debited. It’s been 3 days now and the restaurant has seen the money and I have filed a complain to Sparkle. I keep getting automated emails and no one has replied me. If you guys are not ready to be a fintech. Pls close up and stop making people suffer with excess marketing. If your customer support is poor and your product is poor, you don’t have a working product.
