This bank will always disappoint you whenever you need it’s assistance urgently especially when it’s critical and urgent..if I have my way heaven knows I will not use again for my transaction again..😡😡how can I be trying to transfer since early morning yet it keeps telling me bad gateway bad gateway and that money is needed urgently by the person I am to transfer to you..very bad and worst experience ever

Unable able to upgrade my account to tier 3
I have tried uploading my ID card to upgrade my Stella’s account severally but up till today the account is till not upgraded as it still keep showing me to upload again and I received automatic notification that they are reviewing my documents.
