Sycamore - Lend and Borrow 4+

I have been having constant pending transactions with you guys. You guys will tell me to tell whosoever did the transaction to request for session ID from their bank. You were able to fix some but the rest you couldn’t which I had to forfeit until you changed my account from Wema to Providus. The last transaction on the Wema account that is the most annoying is the 14,300 transaction I did with you guys I have not gotten the money until this present day, I sent session ID and every details yet you are saying you didn’t get it, I went to my bank to confirm that the transaction went through and even got a confirmation message to that effect up until this very day the money has not been reversed to me,meanwhile I did another transaction of 30 naira from that same account on the same day,I got the 30naira 4days after but the 14,300 didn’t still drop. It is all shades of wrong you should fix this issue before I come to your bank to create a scene I can’t keep letting go off my money like how now…. That is why I am giving you the last opportunity and expecting that a solution will be provided ASAA
