Notification and email issues
How do you create a live chat app and not prioritize message, and visitors notification baffles me. You need to work on your app, check other popular competitors like SmartSupp and Tidio. Your app doesn’t send notifications to agents when a visit is on website and sometimes even for messages. You added an option for ticketing but email never gets sent to the user lol. Fix your app
