Easily Malfunctions
While I have heard good things about this app in terms of easy remittances of money from the person that told me about it, it’s been frustrating signing up via the app.
While filling out the registration form on the app you can’t minimize and switch to other apps like to confirm the OTP in the email; once you do that the app refreshes and you have to fill out the form afresh.
Also, it shorts down once you try to take a photo of your ID for upload and verification. If you also choose the option of uploading directly from the gallery, it will refresh de personal information form and you will have to start afresh. Very frustrating!
