A few things you can do on Threads…
■ Access your Instagram followers
Your Instagram username and verification badge are reserved for you. Automatically follow the same accounts you follow on Instagram in a few taps, and discover new accounts too.
■ Share your point of view
Spin up a new thread to express what's on your mind. This is your space to be yourself, and you control who can reply.
■ Connect with friends and your favorite creators
Jump to the replies to get in on the action and react to commentary, humor and insight from the creators you know and love. Find your community and connect with people who care about whatever it is you’re interested in.
■ Control the conversation
Customize your settings and use controls to manage who can see your content, reply to your threads, or mention you. Accounts you’ve blocked will carry over from Instagram, and we’re enforcing the same Community Guidelines to help ensure everyone interacts safely and authentically.

Hi! I don’t leave reviews usually, but I am now because I really like your app and this is important to me. I used to be able to swipe on a thread to like it, and swipe the other way to say I wasn’t interested. Where did that go? I really liked that. Also, during the new year,
When I swiped down to reload my feed, there were these mini fireworks, at the top of my screen. I really really liked those. Obviously it only makes sense to have those during new years and all, but maybe you could put something else for when I reload my feed? I really like the @ reload, it’s always been there, so keep it for sure! But like you added fireworks to that, you could something else. Also, I love love love the fact that people can’t message on the app! Keeps the peace and makes the app like a safe space you know? That would be all. Again, really love the app!!
Amazing Direction, I'm impressed!
I was excited to see an innovation from my favorite app, especially with certain competition lacking in terms of service and straying from its original concept - Threads stays true to its connection with Instagram, offering a way for users of the platform to basically emulate their profiles on this app! It’s a seamless assimilation with a lot of buzz from users of other apps and its founding father, Instagram. I love the interface so far and I look forward to more updates and innovations from this leading brand!
Great UX, feels really good to use. I need a way to browse topics of interest without searching.
Love the app at first sight. No learning curve. Very intuitive. Rolling out a new social media app is so hard, but Instagram did this right. Kudos to the team. I'm hoping they allow users tell them what new features could be great.
What are people in my country or locale talking about? What are the trending topics on the platform. This is an essential feature on a digital townsquare platform. Waiting for something around this.
