Good morning I ant to make a report …my loan was due on the 28th of this month and I was suppose to make payment that day I couldn’t cause I needed to go to the bank but it’s was weekend which we all know bank don’t open during weekend I loan 29,000 and why will they increase it to 31,400 just from on the 28th to 29th why …your customer service spoke to me rudely abd insulted me cause of what …I have never owe but why will they come to my contacts and be saying things that are not true to them …I wanted to go to the bank on Monday so I can pay them then why are they so rude …funny enough I loan just once and why will they pay me twice that means I am paying 2 money omoooh I am waiting they will do again if they take any step again I promise you I will make the payment I swear to God cause from 29k in just one day to 31,400 Haba

My loan was due today, 5th of January and yesterday, they kept calling me back to back like I was with their kidneys, they called me up to 13times and I was forced to put my phone on DND at some point. Getting to this morning, one of their rep called me again and started shouting at me like I’m some baby and insulting me, telling me my loan was due since 12am today and I was supposed to have made payment before 8am. This man literally woke me up to insult me and threatening to report me to the loan Bureau to post my pictures if I didn’t make payment before 11am for a loan that I have till 11:59pm to make payment. Meanwhile, I have never defaulted in previous payments and also, it stated on their agreement policy that I have from 12am-11:59pm on the due date to make payment. So I don’t understand how I have defaulted by 10am that he had to wake me up with insults and shouts. I even tried calming him down to talk to him but he kept going at the top of his voice saying I shouldn’t tell him to calm down and so on…Mind you, their rates are very high but I didn’t complain because I didn’t have a choice but after this behavior, I will clear my last outstanding loan and delete my account and the app from my phone. You don’t get to insult customers when they have not defaulted just because you helped them. And it’s not like you guys aren’t making profit on our heads as well.

Everything I read here is true, I needed money quickly for something really serious, top chance loan app borrow me 60k to pay back with 120k in 8 days time, the money I was expecting didn't come as plan, so I messaged them on my pay day and tell the costumer services that i might pay late or can I return the 60k i collected before this week runs out,, her reply was bad she said my loan will be added if i didn’t pay complete, by the next day the loan charges is increased, they went far to insult my contacts and messages me with unpleasant messages like killing and the rest, from 120k ,the loan is almost reaching to 200k just after 8 days not up to a week I'm really feeling depressed and I haven't pay anything If those people had feelings why will they give someone a higher interest with a short term to pay At this point I can't kill myself things didn't go as planned and the more they keep calling my contacts the more I have less interest to find money to pay because my contacts won't pay them for me and some of my contacts are my business people, if they abused the people that i work for how do they expect me to see money to pay my loan , and there are so many loan like top chance out there , let God provide for us so we won’t meet this kind of bad people

Good afternoon sir/ma My name is Aina oluwaseun. On the 15th of may I was created a loan from Tupfunds, Topcash,CashGo and FlexiLoan. I Wasn’t ready for the loan so I called customer to complain about the loan that I received due to misfuctioning of my phone. I told him I was not ready for the loan, so he ask me to return it immediately. But due to bad network of my bank I couldn’t do it at the right time till the nest day morning. After returning the money the interest remains on my app which will not allow me to get a new loan for my business. Pls kindly assist me Yours faithfully AINA OLUWASEUN KAYODE
