Having problems reinstalling the app
I was having issues logging into my account, I had to delete and I’ve been trying to reinstall over a month now and I keep on getting referred to input my iCloud password and payment method, when I do.. it keeps getting rejected.. please I want to be able to install this app, I’ve got so many pending transaction I’ve got to compete.
DEX swap/ BNB Trade issues
So I’ve been using the dex exchange to buy coins with bnb now my issue is that when the price of a coin goes up or changes 3 things happen which I really hate
1. I have to hard refresh for it to reflect on my balance (sometimes it doesn’t even reflect in real time); so by the time it does I would’ve lost some money already because of this delay
2. The price displayed changes with how the market is at that moment right? Now there are times when the price may have gone down or gone up and it wouldn’t reflect in real time on the exchange you would only realize this when you try to buy or sell and you see it isn’t executed almost instantly, sometimes I have to turn off my WiFi and restart the app only to see the price has changed, there by costing me money because I was unable to sell off at the current price because it didn’t update
3. Some coins do not display the actual balance on the main dashboard I have to go through the exchange to either sell or buy then I’d see the actual value there, sometimes some coins show let’s say it’s 55$ right now when I go to sell I see it at the initial price I bought it which was maybe 20$
All these are very annoying and they need to be fixed please
I keep losing money because of this.
I would also love it if you guys could include the stop loss and all those other features for your exchange as well. But fix those issues I think I will move to another exchange in the meantime
Tron Claim pending button not working
Have unstaked my 105.9 Tron and after 14 days it has completed the pending. Now I’m to claim the pending coins that was unstaked but the pending button is not working it doesn’t allow me to click on continue whenever I press the claim pending button , have uninstalled trust wallet app and have installed it again but after I logged into my account and tried it again maybe it might work but it’s till the same problem, please resolve this issue with Tron claim button so that my 105.9 Tron will be release to my wallet successfully, and I know many people have tried claiming their pending Tron but they can’t because of the same issue , please fix this and I will rate trust wallet 5 star
