To get started:
Choose to create a new user account or directly sign in with existing credentials.
You can choose any of the chat, audio or video services.
Select the languages pair for translation and approximate translation time needed.
Then you can see a list of available translators based on their rating, distance and price.
By selecting the translator a request will be sent to the translator, after accepting the request from his/her side, you will be prompted to the payment page.
Based on the selected maximum duration, an amount will be held from your payment method and if the service ends earlier than the maximum duration, the remaining balance will be refunded.
After payment you will be contacted by the translator based on the selected translation method (chat, audio or video).
In your account, you can also switch from user to translator and provide translation service based on your languages of expertise.
