Amazing!
Amazing app, saved me from unnecessary scam programs!
Serious Risk: Lost Files, No Access, No Support
This app is completely useless. I first used it on my desktop, and you told me I could also download it on my iPhone. After I did and added my Gmail account, all my backup files were deleted. 😡
Now I can’t even log in to my Facebook because OTP codes are being sent to this app, and you’ve made it impossible to access them. On top of that, you failed to help me recover my Twilio account despite all the long, empty write-ups you sent.
This app is a serious risk to users. After installing it on my iPhone and linking my Gmail, my backup files were deleted without my consent. As a result, my Facebook OTP codes are now trapped inside this app, locking me out of my own account.
Worse still, your support failed to recover my Twilio account despite repeated attempts. Instead, you provided misleading and useless instructions that solved nothing.
This goes beyond poor service—it is data loss and account lockout caused directly by your application. Users deserve to be warned, and I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities if my data and access are not restored immediately.
