UBA my special bank!

Now I love how you improve every single time but I have just two major concerns.
1. Your promptness to answering emails/ calls especially in cases of dire emergencies!!! Queuing at the banking hall these days take forever due to the pandemic. Please improve on that.
2. Try and liasse with the telecoms so that we don’t have to spend a whole lot of money waiting for a customer care agent to pick our calls(sometimes they don’t) it’s not nice. Especially in situations where the said clients have no cash available to top up airtime.

A suggestion

UBA, you guys are amazing but I don’t stay in Nigeria and the customer service takes 6 days to respond through email, phone calls eat up all my credit and maybe no one even picks up. It would be amazing if you guys can allow your customers to use a “card control” feature like WEMA bank APP(ALAT) where we can choose the country we are going to and how long we’ll stay there and then activate our cards immediately for abroad use using the app. Also just like ALAT(WEMA), it would be amazing if we can unfreeze our accounts that have been blocked using our valid ID card on the app. Like I said, I’m not in Nigeria and your customer service is really poor... days to weeks to reply. Thanks

Unnecessary removal of charges without accounted for which is uncalled for. If it continues I will b force to elope to another bank aside dat the mobile banking app is great n improving everyday but d bank itself is nothing to write home about this days dats y I don’t longer put money there again. Thank you (work on this before u loose your valuable customers. )
