UBA my special bank!

Now I love how you improve every single time but I have just two major concerns.
1. Your promptness to answering emails/ calls especially in cases of dire emergencies!!! Queuing at the banking hall these days take forever due to the pandemic. Please improve on that.
2. Try and liasse with the telecoms so that we don’t have to spend a whole lot of money waiting for a customer care agent to pick our calls(sometimes they don’t) it’s not nice. Especially in situations where the said clients have no cash available to top up airtime.

Errors in the app

There is a problem I would love to discuss with the UBA. I have an account in UBA and I make use of UBA mobile banking app to transfer funds. I wanted to make a transaction with the mobile banking app and I mistakenly inputted the wrong password. When I inputted the wrong password, there was an option that came out if I have forgotten my password. I quickly clicked the option and there was phone number, old password and new password. Immediately I inputted the new and old password, there was a message sent to me via SIM card from UBA which contains some digits which is to be inputted in the UBA mobile banking for verification which I did.
My point is changing of passwords through mobile banking apps is not good. Any banking problem encountered by a customer is meant to be solved in a UBA branch not in an ordinary app. Had it been someone has my phone password, opened my mobile banking app, inputted a wrong password which forgotten password box must appear and then changes my password through the mobile banking app. Can’t you see there is no security???.
Please, the UBA software engineer has to reprogram the app in such a away that changing of passwords through mobile banking apps or any UBA banking or online platform has to be disabled.
Because someone can just pick up your phone, change your password and then have access to your account.
I am a huge fan of UBA and I so much love UBA.

I’m not happy with this bank at all

I came here to see if there has been an update to the most recent version, and hopefully when I update the app there might be changes but nothing has been done about it… God the app is always saying I’m not connected to the internet or an error has occurred or at times it says it’s taking longer than expected, one excuse or the other

Someone may think maybe it’s actually my internet connection, no it’s not Cox that same internet connection that can’t work your mobile app is what I’ll use to operate my first bank, zenith bank and kuda, this other banks are always going fine but whenever I’m about to send money to a uba bank account to make it faster I’ll fall back to your useless app to make it uba to uba and then I’ll get disappointed over and over again.. it’s either it’s your service or the app, something needs to be fixed Cox your mobile app is totally unreliable 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
