Uber NIGERIA - crap
The most anti customer service delivery application where the driver can tell you to please cancel stating that your destination is not convenient for him. Or the driver will say “if you do not tell me where you are going to I am not coming”. Drivers cite they are poorly compensated for instances where they drive 5km to serve a 1.5km trip or when they have to go on routes that are known to have dense traffic.
The service delivery keeps falling. At inception the cars were a minimum of 2011 with complimentary water and comforts. Now it’s 2001 Camrys with no suspensions.
Scammed by a driver
Hi Uber I book a delivery ride on nov .29 to deliver a package from flourish hostel man o war road Choba to Aker road the driver by the name Nnamdi Kelvin was the one to deliver the package when I book the driver came and I told him the amount and he said that when he get there he would send his account number and I will send him the Uber trip money on getting there he called me and I sent the money I will send the receipt on this review , but today I open my Uber to book a ride and I’m told i won’t be to book a ride because I’m owing uber that I did not pay for my last trip .. I then called him he said that he don’t know his suppose to pay it today I called him again he refuse to pick up he then switched off his phone if not for bolt I would have been stranded ,please do something to the driver his not picking my calls again … his plate number was BNY315AH Toyota Corolla

I got bitten by one of your drivers
Change this driver he is a fraud and also a thief He took my cake from Cole street ojuelegba since 3:22 and he could not deliver until few minutes to 5pm n there was no response from him he kept on saying he will take my cake to the police station that they use to give fake alert at oworo and I have never had an encounter with him b4 n he has not even gotten to his destination, he was just playing around with the cake and my customer is waiting for her cake This is too sad Pls always use sane drivers. Not sure he is mentally stable Today is the most horrible day for me all thanks to Uber . You all should stay safe and avoid Uber app they now have vampires as drivers This man called Christopher bamidele bit my hand I wish I can send the pictures and videos here for the world to see Uber and their drivers are killers
