Though I never had issues funding or verifying my account but I had issues paying my application fee. I contacted the customer service representative, she responded with swift prompt and forwarded my case to the appropriate team, a proposed solution was made and I paid for my application without any third party. I’ve been having an emergency, I tired to transfer money to another account I got debit but the transfer is still pending, they says it doesn’t take more than 24hrs it’s already 33hrs and I need this money badly, the customer service kept saying they push my issue to the appropriate team, but the transfer is still pending, and I need it urgently. What bank doesn’t have instant transfers in this current times???? I’m disappointed, frustrated and depressed … I regret using this app
