Unable to transfer money
Hey
I transferred money into my Polaris account, and I wanted to transfer account not it back and it was showing Debitable account not found
I even tried to reactivate maybe I’ve not used the app in a very long time still did not work even the reactivation did not work please help me fix it I need my money back

App not working
Downloaded app sign up with my email. Could not fetch account number for months. I remember I have a skye bank/ Polaris account from way back after high school. I upgraded the account to a regular savings account with utility bill, BVN and NIN. I also activated the account from dormant to active account. My phone number on my upgraded account is what I used to register the app initially. Same phone number but different email address. When I downloaded app initially before I used my recent email to sign up. My upgraded old account is having my old email and I still get alert email notification there. The point is non of them is working on the app. The app does not fetch account number and is inactive.

Laggy and in an all round horrible state for weeks
For the past 7-8 weeks, this app has been horrible and incredibly frustrating to use…it takes ages for it to log you in, numerous amount of retires before it fetches your account and multiple errors before transactions go through (sometimes it shows you wrong pin or request failed and then you still get debited after that error), airtime and data purchase is impossible as that never works.
Undo whatever updates you have done Polaris and return it back to the state when it worked….I have embarrassed numerous times because of it.
