I do not know what is wrong. My friend sent me money from the United States and up till now i have not been credited or confirmed the money. What is wrong?

Unable to save recipients details.
Someone is trying to send money to me from us, but he is unable to save recipients details. It’s saying name doesn’t match and the details are correct. What could be the problem, please can y’all fix it.

Can’t send money as naira or dollar
Good app I have been using for a while now.. but of recent I can’t send money as naira or dollar anymore
