Can’t find my vip account
Tried watching a vip episode and it kept letting me to join vip but I’m already a vip member so I deleted the app and re downloaded it and I can’t seem to find my vip account, I tried purchasing the vip membership and it keeps saying My subscription expires 8th august. So what do I do. I know this is not the kind of review your looking for but I don’t know what to do I need answers

Wanted to watch this particular drama and the said I have to join the VIP before the will let me watch it then I paid and joined the VIP only for me to find out the drama have not been uploaded yet….I just paid for nothing please I need my money back regretting why I downloaded it😡😡😡😡😡😡
