Please resolve this issue

It’s is frustrating when the app started taking more than an hour just to upload a view minutes video, and sometimes I have to delete and reload the same video again yet the is not different meanwhile it consuming data. It’s wasn’t like this but just of recent
Please you guys shouldookninto de matter and resolve it for a faster video upload.

Caption problem

Pls can there be an adjustment made from the caption.
Because it will get to a certain time that the caption will not work but will be saying error loading caption, it’s just annoying me which makes u end up steaming it with ur data instead of downloading with out stress. Pls make an adjustment because now it’s either I update or delete and reinstall the app again

Why on earth do y’all keep deleting my downloads without my permission?!

How would I download videos with my data and come back few hours or few days later to meet none of them without an explanation as to why??!

It’s frigging annoying because it took me time to source out these videos not to talk of the wasted data on downloads. Is that what the update was for? Because i never had all these problems until I updated the app.

Please fix this because it’s hella problematic.
