Necesito ayuda urgente
Necesito ayuda con urgencia, el día de ayer pago una membresía platinum anual, es decir 80 dólares, recibí un recibo a mi correo de Warner media global y al tratar de entrar a la aplicación de mi celular iPhone y el otro Samsung dice que no cuento con ningún plan, por otro en mi tablet Lenovo logré acceder pero es desde un correo que no existe, ya que hay una letra menos en el y al buscar ese correo, google dice Que es inexistente y ahí si carga el plan lo que es raro por que el recibo me llego a mi correo real, no se que hacer y si no encuentran una solución me gustaría un reembolso por que es mucho dinero para que nadie pueda utilizarlo, espero una pronta respuesta.
