Connection problem with my iPhone

I purchased a Realme watch S, but Whatsapp notifications Don’t work.

Only some times in calls, or IMessage. But all the problems is on WhatsApp

Software update

I purchased an air bunds 5 and the realme app does not support them I am unable to use all the options. Those airbus were release 3 month ago. I don't understand why the app have not been updated. As a customer I should be able to use the app and connect or take advantage of all the service from the device. I want you to update the app to support the new device.
