Renovación de suscripción no autorizada / Unauthorized subscription renewal

Hola el día Sábado 28 de Agosto 2021 , la App Relive renovó una suscripción de 1 año , la cual yo no autorice .
Ingreso mi reclamo de reembolso mediante soporte técnico , el cual aceptaron e indicaron que realizarían el reembolso .
Reviso nuevamente mi estatus en “reportar un problema “ y se muestra como que el reembolso ya fue realizado pero en mi cuenta bancaria un no se refleja .

Hello, on Saturday a 1-year subscription was renewed through this APP, which I did not authorize, I sent my claim request for reimbursement and it was authorized.
Now the status of my claim appears as "refunded", but my bank account still does not have the money.
