- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Very Useful

It's a very useful apps for those people who want start a healthy life. The routines are designed for a gradual increase of difficulty. I’m satisfied with types of training which become in a challenge for me. However, it will be useful a section to register the type of shoe used during every training.

Truely Unbeatable App

I am only using the free version and I love it! It has started me from been a couch potato to compromise on exercising.
I have tried over 6 apps before, even from well known brands and always ended up with terrible muscle pain, over hungry (cause of rough starts), bored over everyday same old, etc.

Let me tell you the features I love and what believe it can improve:
- Customized walking-running intervals according to your health and life style (weight, height, etc) it helps with not getting injured. Mine started me off with walking and running intervals and my partner started with walking and fast pacing cause he is even bigger and more of a couch potato than me
- The warming time should include stretches and other exercises during the first 5mins because on my third day my shin hurt. Nonetheless, this app recommended me using another app called “Fitness” which has 6mins exercises for everyday and I am using it to warm up (also the free version). It has help with the shin pain. FYI, I have had sprained ankles 3 times so perhaps that’s why I have my muscles weak and take more time stretching and warming up
- The only reason I haven’t bought the paid version is because I already have a nutritionist so I don’t need a meal plan. But might be getting it for the next stage because the app only provides first stage for all workout plans which is basically 8 weeks each

To what people I recommend this to?
Those who are willing to spend around 2hrs a week divided in 3 days a week. The app won’t do everything for you but it will motivate you and not overtired you with daily exercise. Also, patience, this is very important because the app starts you off from scratch, choose your workout plan wisely and don’t try to over do it by selecting a program that doesn’t fit your profile, otherwise, you will end up injured. Let the experts who created this app tell you what you can do.

I have only left such a long review for 2 apps including this one. One for a brain game I got obsessed with and this app.
