聖荃設立於 1995 年，專司經營高級童鞋的開發與銷售。由於不斷的開發新產品、品質的堅持，得到日本SANRIO的肯定，因此順利取得該公司旗下之主要品牌HELLO KITTY的童鞋在台灣的製造與銷售的品牌授權。十多年來，SANRIO肯定本公司在維護HELLO KITTY品牌形象之良好表現，陸續又將【新幹線、大耳狗、蜜糖邦尼、寶石寵物、酷企鵝】等多個品牌，授權給本公司。
