The old version of the app was really good, but with the new version data/notes just disappeared.
For example I would write a note when one of our fur babies passed away and since the new version that is gone. Also can’t seem to put the weight in. Here in Westen Europe a lot of countries use a comma instead of a dot, so 1,7 kg instead of 1.7 kg. My numeric pad on the iPhone comes with a comma but when I use it it say 1700 Kg, so I have to copy and paste the same number with a dot from a note and paste that in. That’s just bad programming…….
I wish I never paid the lifetime subscription….

Dear Rum Master, the latest version has taken care of all these issues. We have had some issues with apple and we couldn't update but now everything is back to normal. Very handy app. Mostly when you have a lot of pets like me. Only very frustration that I can’t go to my animals in the app for almost a week now sinds I get some advertisement from the new version in the start screen which I can’t click away and can’t update either sinds I already have the premium version. He sends me to the App Store then where I can only chose open. I already did full in the contact form on the website, but no reaction yet. I did pay for this app so I can always use it. This is very frustration. Mostly because it is only for some advertisement where I don’t care about and only get send from one to the other wall.

Finally after more than a year complaining my money back and back to the last version of the app before the so called improved version to find out it is worthless now because you can’t even add pet’s. Sinds most off my pets are hamsters, most don’t live anymore. Worthless app now.

It was a great app before the so called improved version. Now these guys are trying to force people to pay for a app that still doens’t work and if you don’t pay you get a version what is worthless because you can’t add pets😒.

We are NOT trying to force people to pay, each one of our users can export its data at any time and can decide which plan suits better for them. Moreover, as a premium user you should be able to add as many pets as you like. I have a lot of pets and used this app a lot when it was free. It was great for keeping track of their weight, vet appointments and behavioral changes. However, at some point they switched to a lifetime subscription and after I paid the fee to keep using it they changed the whole app.

I can no longer track their weight in grams, only kilos. I can’t put down certain behaviors without having to add meaningless information, and adding a simple note to one of the pets isn’t a thing either anymore.

This app has just become a useless piece of garbage on my phone, and I really regret paying for it.
