== Ingebouwde verificatie in 2 stappen == 1Password kan ook eenmalige verificatiecodes voor verificatie in 2 stappen maken en automatisch invullen voor services die 2FA ondersteunen. Je hebt dus geen aparte verificatie-app nodig – en kopiëren en plakken is ook verleden tijd.

== Toonaangevende ondersteuning van toegangscodes == Wist je dat er een handiger en veiliger alternatief is voor wachtwoorden? Ze worden 'toegangscodes genoemd en je kunt ze genereren en opslaan in 1Password. O, en je kunt ze zelfs gebruiken om 1Password te ontgrendelen. - We've fixed an issue where copying from a one-time password field caused the field label to shift.
- We've fixed an issue where a share item banner appeared when viewing an item's details and then switching between screens in the app.
- We've improved the import options screen by adding a search field and a default import option if you can't find the import method you're searching for.

Great app with some improvements

1Password stands out as one of the best password management apps available. As someone with severe ADHD, keeping track of passwords has always been a quite hard, often resorting to using the same one across multiple platforms wich is definitely not safe. However, 1Password changed my approach by seamlessly autofilling automatically generated passwords across all platforms. Its large-scale customization options for passwords and accounts provide a nice and seamless experience and as kind of a geek I like all the customization and possibilities, however if you like simple and easy 1password would also be more then fitting since all of the customization is not necessary since password also generates really good passwords without having to change/customize anything.

One standout feature is the easy synchronization across all devices, making sure my data is always up to date. While the app excels in many areas, I find myself missing a built-in 2-factor authentication feature similar to other authentication apps like the microsoft authenticator. This would make the app even more desirable and easy to use since you wouldn’t have to use other apps for it. Additionally, a feature to alert users of potential security breaches on sites they have accounts registered would be valuable. Overall, 1Password has made my account significantly more safe and would definitely recommend it!

I miss being able to eliminate duplicated logins and the possibility that 1Password suggests the password

Still keep using 1Password 7

1Password is still the best password manager, but not this version 8. 1Password 8 has so many of these little UI bugs. For example, when coming back to the app, the app shifts screens back and forth where it last has been since I left the app. When editing an item in an iPhone, the keyboard keeps overlaying and hiding the UI because it cannot be moved up. Using the password generator is also a nightmare UI wise on both an iPhone and an iPad.
I really have tried to use 1Password 8 for a couple of months. But it is really still a beta version to me. Therefore I’m going to keep using 1Password 7 as my main password manager app.
