App is not useable!

Recently, there have been so many issues with this app that it impossible to make use of the subscription. First the app cannot scan the QR codes properly anymore, which got my account blocked without a reason. Secondly, once I got my account reinstated, I realised that the problem was persisting and consistently had to go to an instructor to get checked in manually. Despite my account being reinstated, I am no longer able to make reservation because the app flashes the warning “Member purchasing is disabled, because you are blocked”. Currently it’s got to the point where I can’t even look at the classes because the all displays the warning that there has been an internal server error. Fix this!

Thank you for your feedback. To resolve QR code issues, please ensure camera access is allowed on your iOS device. Regarding the account block, it's possible that your account was suspended due to an outstanding fine resulting from missed classes. To resolve this, please contact ACLO directly. no functionality

cool design but:
- the app was completely irresponsive to my login request after update until reinstalled
- i dont even know my course schedule anymore
- courses are... gone? No way to sign up for anything
