How to use it?
- To register, you only need a phone number, e-mail, and Bankcard. Without a passport. Everything is easy and simple. Control is provided via a free app (except for the scooter, of course, you just need to hold on to the steering wheel).
- find the nearest scooter on the map in the app
- scan the QR code on the scooter through the app, or enter a 6-digit number on the frame, the lock will open, and the scooter will unlock. You can leave the Parking lot, but the cable stays on it
- monitor the progress of the trip: the number of minutes, speed, rental zones, and other important information
- Drive responsibly, using bike paths or pedestrian sidewalks whenever possible
- finish your ride in the company Parking lot marked with the "P" sign on the map
- To finish the rent correctly, put the electric scooter in the rack and close the lock
- After that, you can complete the rental in the mobile app
- Take a photo of the scooter in the rack
- Make sure that a photo shows that the scooter is parked and the lock is closed
- send us a photo, so we know it wasn't you who threw the scooter up the tree

Slecht bedrijf
Wat een verschrikkelijk slecht bedrijf! Mijn vrouw en ik wilden een leuke dag doorbrengen met steppen door de stad Tenerife. We huurden twee steps, maar wat een drama. Beide steps waren kapot of werkten niet naar behoren. Lampen deden het niet, sommige steps stopten abrupt, en anderen wilden niet eens starten.
Wat het nog erger maakt, is dat je de rit niet direct kunt beëindigen als er een probleem is, omdat je verplicht bent naar een aangewezen zone te rijden. Eenmaal aangekomen bij zo’n zone, herkende het systeem deze niet, waardoor de tijd bleef doorlopen en er automatisch geld van mijn creditcard werd afgeschreven. Dit voelt gewoon als diefstal!
Uiteindelijk ben ik 70 euro kwijt voor een paar kilometer frustratie in plaats van een leuke ervaring. Het geld dat je betaalt, staat totaal niet in verhouding met de slechte kwaliteit van de steps en de service. En dan krijg je nog een standaard reactie van het bedrijf dat er “geen defecten” zouden zijn. Sorry, maar dit klopt niet!
Ik zal nooit meer iets huren bij dit bedrijf en adviseer anderen hetzelfde te doen. Ze stelen je geld, bieden slechte service, en hun steps zijn regelmatig defect. Zonde van je tijd en geld
