It works well and intuitive, except the scheduler for my air purifier is not working properly. I have set a daily recurring schedule from 09 to 23 o’clock. It starts promptly at 9, but it doesn’t switch off at 23.

Sinds een week komt de huidige status van de droger niet binnen op de app. Inschakelen lukt wel en een programma kiezen ook maar de app heeft niet door wat er is gekozen. Wijzigingen komen wel naar apparaat toe maar de status daarvan wordt nooit zichtbaar in app

I have my new AX9 Air purifier added in the app. Everything works fine it seems, except no air quality graphs are showing up in the PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 screens. The Moisture, Temp and TVOS measurements do have graphs. In the PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 screens there is a green dot for 'now'. It is mostly 0, sometimes something higher so there seem to be measurements. But no graph/line is forming. The device has been working for more than a week now. PM2.5 does have a grey dotted line for the outside measurements. I'm not sure if this is a bug in the app, or if my device itself is faulty. I sent an email to appteam@electolux 5 days ago, no reaction.

Update: graphs are now working!
