I started using Ahead alongside a therapeutic process treating an anxiety disorder. I started the 7-day as trial with a degree of skepticism but that has transformed into paid-up evangelicalism. The pacing, fluidity and kindness (yes, kindness) of this app has blown my expectations out of the water. Insightful, highly personalised, deeply engaging, and unequivocally recommended.

really wanted to try the app, thought the concept seemed cool. except when you get the 7 day free trial, you can only do 2 lessons per day. that doesnt give me a clear view to really try the app. therefore its unlikely for me to subscribe. bummer!
