Horror!!!
What a terrible company, crappy app, extremely unfriendly customer service.
Bad experience
Very bad company don’t trust this company they don’t allow you to bring with you a small bag otherwise you have to pay 75 euros extra.
Not happy with the app
Not satisfied with the app, but also with the call centre. Cannot be reached either by phone or by email. I still have a voucher credit because my flight has been canceled. But contacting of requesting a voucher code is impossible.
