A joke
To many questions before running. Finally got an account, but can’t t even paste my booking code
to see my flight and check in. Useless.
Very bery bad experience with this app
This app is horrible, TAP should few ashamed and invest some money to improve it. It’s the worst airline app I’ve seen. It’s all broken:
- at many times the keyboard disappears and doesn’t come back
- when you try to receive a push notification on the mobile via sms, it simply doesn’t arrive
- it’s slow and unintuitive
- when you try to change the password, clicking on the like in the email you are redirected to a page in the app to change the password, however the keyboard doesn’t appear, you need to write it outside the app and do a paste
