The subscription is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription is for a period of one year and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Met dit in gedachten, zou je ons misschien kunnen vertellen hoe je zou voorstellen dat we de app kunnen verbeteren op support@impalastudios.com? Op deze manier kunnen we daaraan werken en in de toekomst zorgen voor gelukkigere ervaringen in onze app. Houd er rekening mee dat dit antwoord is vertaald van het Engels naar het Nederlands met Google Translate, dus het kan zijn dat het fouten bevat.
Werkt niet meer
Werkte naar behoren, maar toont sinds enige tijd een foutmelding die niet te verhelpen is.
Geen geluid mee
Jaren de app gebruikt doordat het geluid langzaam harder gaat. Helaas doet het geluid het nu ineens helemaal niet meer. Bij andere apps geen enkel probleem met geluid.
