While you're listening to music, we apply a gentle audio layer that continuously responds to your brainwaves in real-time. We'll make subtle changes to the intensity of the music to train your brain to relax and slide into the alpha-state, also known as a flow state..

BRAINBIT EEG DEVICE REQUIRED
In order to use Alphabeats you will need a BrainBit EEG headband.

HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION
With your consent, Alphabeats will be able to integrate the vitality data from your HealthKit (e.g. heart rate data) to provide you with a deeper understanding of the quality of your relaxation per session.

I truly like the onboarding process to get to know the app. There is a lot more to gain than I anticipated. Huge leap forward!

Great to relax using own music

Have been using the app for a while already and really enjoy and notice the difference in energy levels after using. Both for a break during the day or after a long day before going to sleep. Not only is stressful periodes, not only “cure” but also “care”: great to stay relax. Really recommended for anyone!

Can’t link Spotify

Alphabeats says I need premium, while I do have a Spotify premium account. App is useless this way
