Worthless app & no support

I’m using this app but it has a useless GUI and exports are missing data. There is no support from the developers and nobody is listening to users. Don’t buy the b1 and no other product until there is a good support for all products.

No improvement at all

I don't like the new interface. Especially the smaller graph. Please make the Y-ax larger, as it was as high as possible. That makes it easier to distinguish between showers.
The comparison with others is of no use, since I don't know other users. It would be benificial if I could separate the members of my family.
I also miss the highest value in volume and the highest 5%.
Please add the dates of the showers and make the collected values exportable in csv format.
Before the update My usage value was 24145.2 Liters of water after the update it was 19926, this is not a good update at all.
I am really disapointed!
How can I solve this to get all the values back?

Version 2.0.2 doesn't work either. Now two updates have been published since my last comment and nothing improved. Allthough I gave a lot of feedback on tests I performed still the app doesn't collect the data of showers.
I hope the next update will work like the first version.
Maybe it is an idea to put the first working version back in the AppStore again.

Looks nice, but after 151 showers it stopped collecting the data.
So I will try to reset the data in the app, to start over again. This will be the third time of resetting because of mall function.

I still love the concept of awareness, but the way it is worked out needs improvements

Tja, ik kan zien hoeveel water ik gebruikt heb met douche.
Maar dat is dan ook alles.
Ik mis temperatuur, datum's, optie om douchbeurten te verwijderen (omdat het water pakken was voor een ander doeleinde dan douch)
Nu ik het elke douchbeurt kan inzien op de app (ik zat in de categorie temperatuur) denk ik dat ik veel bewuster douche.
