The past is full of fascinating games that haves been mostly forgotten. The Ancient Games collection aims to resurrect them as a meticulously crafted mix between what a player wants from an historical game and what he/she expects of a modern application.

-Play against the IA, friends and random players from around the world (Coming back soon)

-Free cloudsave across the collection : your progress in one game is available in all the others.

Each game will be added to the Ancient Games app and will have its own individual app as well.

Has ancient feel to it

It is well designed and crafted to give an ancient feel, like you are playing the game in old times. The AI difficulty seems to vary per game a bit and can become predictable .

I agree that the AI can become predictable after a while. I have recently removed the difficulty settings (Easy, Normal and Hard) for a more adaptive difficulty system. At the moment, it is a bit limited, but I can now add new intermediate difficulties and new priorities and moves "easily" so it should improve over time.
But, the goal is, and has always been, to push people into the PvP mode, against real players and as such, the AI is mostly there as a way to learn the game before playing against real players. But it will get better in future updates for players who are not interested at all in the PvP aspect.
You can also try on of the Challenge Modes added with the DLCs. To access them, you either need to purchase the corresponding DLC in the Market or use a Challenge Token (you get 10 for free and can earn more when the Amulet Bar is filled after a game is finished). They are pretty fun and add a few twists.
