Werkt goed, helpt mijn schermtijd ontzettend te beperken, maarrr… Ik ben erachter gekomen dat je zelfs de strikte modus kunt omzeilen door naar instellingen te gaan > Schermtijd en dan App Blocks toegang tot schermtijd uit te zetten.
Als ik instellingen nou aan de blocklijst toe kon voegen, dan zou het probleem opgelost zijn. Wat kan ik hieraan doen?

Ik heb ADHD en deze app helpt me enorm
Ik heb ADHD en vind het erg lastig om te stoppen met scrollen en van de bank te komen. De ingebouwde functie van Iphone die hetzelfde zegt te dien als deze app werkt niet voor me, want die druk ik zonder na te denken weg. Met deze app moet ik mijn telefoon aan de lader leggen en een aantal stappen doorlopen voordat ik door de blokkade heen ben en dat werkt echt goed. Ik heb geen lader bij de bank liggen, maar ik moet ervoor opstaan en zodra ik sta. Ik vind het ook geweldig dat ik mezelf zowel een maximale tijd kan geven die ik per dag aan een app mag besteden als een tijdstip waarna ik bepaalde apps niet meer kan gebruiken. Ik gebruik de betaalde versie, de gratis versie is simpeler maar ook effectief.
