Eindelijk een alternatief
Er is eindelijk een nieuwe app die wel werkt met iOS 15 en hoger; zoek op “Atag One Control”
App werkt niet
Heb al diverse keren geprobeerd contact te maken met de app. Nieuw ww en alles gedaan maar hij wil maar niet inloggen in de app!!. Uiteindelijk via de site m'n verwarmingsschema maar aangepast 😠. Graag update van de app anders een oplossing voor die ONE!! Anders gaat hij van de muur!
Zelden verbinding
Zowel via WiFi als met 4G zelden verbinding met de ATAGOne. Hierdoor is de kachel aan of uitzetten op afstand niet betrouwbaar..
Beste ATAG, graag iets aan doen.
