Aware is a free non-profit app for mental health, wellbeing and inner development that is tailored to your needs. With science-based exercises and live guided sessions from world-leading researchers, you have access to strategies that are traditionally only available through expensive clinical support or therapy.

Great source, can be improved

Hey, thanks a lot for providing such a great source for free to everyone. I am with you since 29k. I have some feedback I believe you can improve on.
-Meditations includes writing practices, which comes out nowhere. It should state in the description so that we can be prepared.
-Meditations finishes without any clearance. Sentences says nothing about that it is done. An indication of the end would be nice. (Our eyes are closed we can't know it's finished without guidance)
-There are way too much talk between, very little silence to focus onto ourselves.
-I struggle to find the right content for me as I want to regularly meditate. All of a sudden I need to write down my thoughts. You could separate practices and Meditations so then we could select whatever we need at that moment.
-Regardless, you are doing great. Thanks a lot for reading.
