Overreaching license agreement

I declined the end user license agreement (EULA) and uninstalled this app right away. After reading chapter 4 “customer content” of the EULA, I can’t imagine anyone submitting pictures of their skin condition to this app. VisualDx may say they won’t use your pictures, but they basically acquire the irrevocable right to do whatever they want with your photo’s and any other submitted content. The EULA is only available within the app, can’t be exported to, for example, a pdf, and is not to be found on their website.
