Lots of connection issues

Even when I am listening to music -so the headphone is properly connected- the app can’t find my Beoplay H9i. I would love to know my battery state or play with sound settings, but can never connect succesfully.

Kan de app niet openen na update

Hallo,
Na de nieuwe update kan ik de app niet meer openen en dus het geluid van mij h9i niet meer veranderd.
Daar voor was het een goed werkende app
Jammer dat het nu anders is

Na elke update is de apparatuur weer van slag en moet een monteur komen om de installatie weer werkbaar te krijgen.
